We are the last stars gazing

Are you lonesome

Is this how we choose to heal

When kisses taste like bruises feel

And I miss the place I use to kneel

That hidden space I knew was real

That little child who lived to chase

The one they like to kiss their face

And make them blush cus love was playful

Now its just rushed and the tongue unfaithful

Hung ungrateful the moon can only shine cus the sun

What I find is that I’ve been blinded

By the moves we have inclined, undone

Now I know why you hide your hands

Why you turn to the side when a man

Seeks to learn what’s inside your mind
