Anaestetics that we breathe

Glows the Core of you and me

Undivided pure and free

This One thing withstands the time

And outlives both yours and mine

Wouldn’t it show

I don’t need no priest

Bird or beast

To save my soul

I know how it all goes

In the end we’re all alone:

Long forgotten

Lost and gone

Clinging to the past undone

Praying to have another round

Though we know the day is come

To embrace the eternal One

Back to how it all began

In the void a longing coils

Sprouting roots into the soil
