Over in the Meadow - Barney

Over in the meadow, in the sand, in the sun,

Lived an old mother frog and her little froggy one.

"Croak," said the mother,

"I croak," said the one so they croaked

And they croaked in the sand, in the sun.

Over in the meadow, in the stream so blue,

Lived an old mother fish and her little fishes two.

"Swim," said the mother,

"We swim," said the two,

So they swam and they swam in the stream so blue.

Over in the meadow, on the branch of a tree,

Lived an old mother bird and her little birdies three.

"Sing," said the mother,

"We sing," said the three, so they sang,

And they sang on the branch of the tree.

Borta på ängen, i sanden, i solen,

Bodde en gammal grodamor och hennes lilla groda.

"Kraka", sa mamman,

"Jag kväkar", sa den ena så de kväkade

Och de kväkade i sanden, i solen.

Borta på ängen, i bäcken så blå,

Levde en gammal mamma fisk och hennes små fiskar två.

"Simma", sa mamman,

"Vi simmar," sa de två,

Så de simmade och de simmade i bäcken så blå.

Borta på ängen, på en gren av ett träd,

Bodde en gammal fågelmamma och hennes små birdies tre.

"Sjung", sa mamman,

"Vi sjunger", sa de tre, så de sjöng,

Och de sjöng på trädets gren.
