In the Bosom of the Father - Living Stream Ministry

In the bosom of the Father,

Ere the ages had begun,

Thou wast in the Father’s glory,

God’s unique begotten Son.

When to us the Father gave Thee,

Thou in person wast the same,

All the fulness of the Father

In the Spirit to proclaim.

By Thy death and resurrection,

Thou wast made God’s firstborn Son;

By Thy life to us imparting,

Was Thy duplication done.

We, in Thee regenerated,

Many sons to God became;

Truly as Thy many brethren,

We are as Thyself the same.

Once Thou wast the only grain, Lord,

Falling to the earth to die,

That thru death and resurrection

Thou in life may multiply.

We were brought forth in Thy nature

And the many grains became;

As one loaf we all are blended,

All Thy fulness to proclaim.

We’re Thy total reproduction,

Thy dear Body and Thy Bride,

Thine expression and Thy fulness,

For Thee ever to abide.

We are Thy continuation,

Thy life-increase and Thy spread,

Thy full growth and Thy rich surplus,

One with Thee, our glorious Head.

Lord Thy human shell was broken.

Life and glory Thou released

That thine own incorporation

With thy chosen be increased.

We with Thee incorporated

Thou in us and we in Thee

Here we eat the hidden manna

New Jerusalem to be.

I Faderns sköte,

Innan tiderna började,

Du var i Faderns härlighet,

Guds unika födde Son.

När till oss gav Fadern dig,

Du personligen var densamma,

Hela Faderns fullhet

I Anden att förkunna.

Genom din död och uppståndelse,

Du gjordes till Guds förstfödde Son;

Genom att ditt liv till oss förmedla,

Var din dubblering gjort.

Vi, i dig regenererade,

Många söner till Gud blev;

Sannerligen som dina många bröder,

Vi är som dig själv samma.

En gång var du det enda säden, Herre,

Att falla till jorden för att dö,

Det genom död och uppståndelse

Du i livet kan föröka dig.

Vi fördes fram i Din natur

Och de många kornen blev;

Som ett bröd blandas vi alla,

Hela din fullhet att förkunna.

Vi är din totala reproduktion,

Din kära kropp och din brud,

Ditt uttryck och din fullhet,

För att du någonsin ska förbli.

Vi är din fortsättning,

Ditt liv ökar och din spridning,

Din fulla tillväxt och ditt rika överskott,

Ett med Dig, vårt härliga Huvud.

Herre Ditt mänskliga skal bröts.

Liv och ära Du släppte

Din egen inkorporering

Med dina utvalda ökas.

Vi med Thee incorporated

Du i oss och vi i dig

Här äter vi det dolda mannat

Nya Jerusalem att bli.
